Not very acidic, mellow, a great white for people who don't typically like whites.

Good texture, to be enjoyed cold. A little flavorless however

Nice taste. Needs to be finished while it's cold. Gets a strong flavor when it gets warm. Nothing exciting.

The buttery-ness is lighter than a lot of just-Chardonnays and not oaky. That said, it does seem a bit acidic and you taste the alcohol more than the undertones.

Sweet and dry. Not sure if it's a blend, likely?
