Complimented by a powerful plum and pluet preserve presence, bright Bing cherry acid for hours.....no, DAYS, and a smattering of cracked black Persian pepper culminating in the gratuitous and o' so enjoyable cedar smoked Nusky bacon crescendo. Truly. Awesome. Only emasculated by that bully gorilla Bonzo trying to wrestle the bottle away!
