Wow, this is pretty intense stuff. Hard to believe there is Sauvignon Blanc in there.
Ripe exotic fruits on the nose with butter and subtle toasted almonds. Some green apples and mandarin citrus and floral notes. It's pretty full on and intense but reasonably focussed and complex. Notes of spice on the finish which is relatively persistent. Quite weighty and the alcohol is coming quite strong at times.

Beautiful color from the petit Verdot and the unmistaken pepper notes from Shiraz. Balanced fruit and tannin. Delicious. Tasted even better the second day!

Awesome nose of plum, fig, and cocoa. Dark fruit, chocolate and tar on the palate. Almost no tannin to speak of.
