This is my first time trying a blended wine. I was recommended this wine by a friend. It is medium bodied, an has a lovely layered, well-balanced perfume. Bright acidity that hits the back of the mouth and lingers. Dry tannins, and I think a note of honey. It's hard for me to tell on something like this; what exactly am I looking for? I think I would drink this with a lamb dinner. It would cut well with red meat, and leave plenty of room for desert!
