Top Notes For
David Shaw

Pale white, neutral nose. Back label comments are accurate: lemon-lime, salinity, mineral finish. Refine those comments: lemon pith, lime, saline and mineral finish, slight skin astringency. Good acid, great varietal character even though some typical flavors are largely missing in action. No hay or grass, but a hint of herbaceousness. Good value for an entry level Sauvignon Blanc.
