To use a Pacific Northwest term... LAME! LAME! LAME! Not bad by any means, but this style of Cab may be a little TOO scaled back for my taste or to pair with a meaty meal. No intensity.

Ripe currant and plum, toasted oak, dark chocolate. Pairs well with meat. Good deal and yummy!
