Quinta da Cavadinha Vintage Port Blend

I know it ain't no Barolo or Vin Santo, but for me this Port gave a true "Vino da Meditazione" moment. During a busy lunch time in Alfama, Lisbon I stopped to check on a small eatery only to discover myself five minutes later in front of a cheese plate and a this half bottle of oporto. Everything stopped for a while, suddenly I was not going anywhere anymore, it was just this wonderful bottle and me talking. A great experience!

Enjoyed this over the course of a month. Lots of depth with raisins and dark fruit. Wonderful flavor. Really enjoyed this.

Сладкая черника, влажный чернослив, засахаренные цветы, лист чёрной смородины, кофе, фантомный деготь. Тело средней плотности, мягкое и податливое; вкус умеренно сладкий, с добавкой стружки горького шоколада и сушащим финишем. Хорошо. 16,5/20
