A bit reductive at first, alongside burnt lemon, meringue and sea salt aromatics. More banana peel and honeyed mango and truffled mushroom came through as it opened and warmed up. Great producer. Thanks @Dan Fitzgerald

Initially there was a little bit of ureal funk to this wine. But, it didn't take longer than 15 minutes for this to blow off. This wine has a lot of acidic grip up front but there was some honey and bright young honeydew melon. The middle of this wine seems to get a little bit of simmered herbal mushroom. Finishes strong though.

Like being on an apple orchard. Apple skin, barnyard, freshly churned butter. Integrated oak, bright and balanced on the palate. Long finish.
