Mar 13th, 2019This is amped up chardonnay. Big fruit, toasty, acid, cream, and high alc. like I said before, it’s a cocktail but sometimes that’s what I’m looking for.

Dec 13th, 2018This is everything turned up to 11. Tropical fruit, acidity, and a toasty vanilla finish. All there and all right up front. It’s a cocktail, but it’s a tasty one.

Nov 11th, 2018Was better on day 2 after opening up a bit. Still a monstrous wine at 15.2% but the fruit settled down a little bit and the vanilla notes mellowed out a bit while the acidity remained to provide more balance.

Sep 16th, 2018A perennial house favorite. The 2016 is much richer than the 2015. Huge ripe fruit and actually a little bit fat. Doesn’t show the impeccable balance that the 2015 had, also clocks in at 15.1%

Jul 29th, 2018To me these are as far as you can push it towards big california while still retaining great balance. Might be a little more of a cocktail wine, but it’s incredibly good.

Dec 23rd, 201740% new french oak on these and I would say they got the formula right. Toes the line of being oaky while retaining balance. Just enough oak and malo to add some creaminess without overpowering the fruit.
