Tad sweet for my liking, but well made for a challenging vintage in Anderson

Won this in a silent auction wine basket so can’t really complain. Tasty but needed to aerate and open up a lot. Not sure the 2012 aged well. Would like to try another year for comparison.

Whoa! One of my favorite Pinots from Anderson Valley. Big but not over-powering. The blue fruit, nice acidity and pairs well with pizza.

Dog sitting the tough kid on the block and watching scary movies. More comforting than the news. Walt Savoy Vineyard. Cloves, bay leaf, so delicious.

I joined Walt as a wine club member approximately a year ago when this wine was in the $58 price range.
Unfortunately Walt Pinots prices have risen at a rapid pace which has forced me to reevaluate my membership.
I like the Pinots but have since exited the wine club.
