Weinland Olasz Rizling

Halfway between a biodynamic white and orange. Prolonged laceration gives this an interesting herby edge with overripe apples, hay and a veggie whiff. Quite sharp acidity and a tannic touch are (not fully) balanced by the fruit & mouthfeel giving s slightly funky taste. Authentic yet not surely not everyone’s cup of tea.
