Port time! Straw coloured, the nose smells like salty crackers and spelt grains. The palate has quite a bit of sapidity, an underlying intensity of stonefruit, dried stonefruit, but finishes like salt brined apricot. Very dry! Any sweetness dissipates almost immediately, and is replaced by palate puckering saltiness.
