Unfortunately, I'm ashamed to say, i left this poor thing in the freezer, it froze, cork came halfway out. Still delicious upon thawing, with plenty of crunchy acids, quite sweet, but not too much botrytis. Good nonetheless, though i may have damaged it. Forgive me!

May 2022 from half bottle. Beerenauslese level riesling. Sweet-sour, very long finish, everything in place, delicious.

2011v. Light nose with just a hint of petrol. On the palette, there's a little sweetness, and some muted tropical fruit and vanilla (sorta like the coconut Samoa Girl Scout cookies). Overall, this wine is fine, but kind of one dimensional. Perhaps it's in that awkward phase of middle age- where the vibrant fruit and acidity have subsided but the funky complexity has yet to emerge. 8.5% ABV.

Great Riesling! Well balanced fruit, acidity and mineral components. Perfect with the range on the tasting menu.
