As you all know one of the three#valpolicella grapes. #corvina this one is only 13% alcohol. It’s clean it’s aromatic. It’s lightly passified/dried and you can taste that soft tannin, and that balsamic beautiful texture and flavor that goes great with Italian food and charcuterie, and it only cost me two euros. Ridiculously cheap.
