Quite vinous in nature, owing to the still wine, this has nice balance and structure. Medium plus acidity and full bodied. 100% Pinot Noir, this is more tannic than most. Just a hint of elegance in the mouth but really nice minerality. Wonderfully dry throughout.
The palate is generous and expressive with initial notes of strawberry parfait and watermelon with a lush mouthfeel. Herbs, spices, and fresh baked bread. The Saignée rosés are so fun and no one drinks enough of them.
