Only released last week and it shows. Spending 18+ months in neutral French oak and another 6 months in the bottle, this youthful wine needs time to open and age. Already showing velvety tannins, this will just keep improving.

Cinnamon on nose, hints of fresh green peppers too. The palate has cherry, nicely balanced that leads to a smooth finish. little spice on end. Yum. good with a steak.

Enjoyed this 2010 VJB Cab on 5/24/2020. This bottle held up well with nice aroma and balanced tannins. Still has some life remaining on this vintage, but would recommend drinking soon.
