I’m a huge VJB fan but I gotta be honest that I was a bit disappointed in this #sagrantino. It drinks similarly to a Dry Creek Valley old vine Zin. Big fruit lovers will rejoice but I was looking for more bright acidity and it was a touch syrupy for my preference. — 4 years ago

Enjoyed this 2010 VJB Cab on 5/24/2020. This bottle held up well with nice aroma and balanced tannins. Still has some life remaining on this vintage, but would recommend drinking soon. — 4 years ago

VJB has great #sonomavalley reds. This #cabernetsauvignon starts out tight with oaky vanilla, upon opening up there’s blackberry preserves, leather. Great concentration on the palate, enough acidity for balance and velvety tannins. — 4 years ago
