Had this wine at Perilla in NYC, one of the favorite restaurants of my life, a few weeks before their closing. Super balanced and really went well with their jerk chicken. Drank it with Todd Harrington, one of my closest friends, who I've known since first grade. The perfect wine for a nostalgic moment.

Light and fun. Blackberries, plums, licorice, rose petals, and pine. Earthy and balanced. Wonderful complexity. I was worried when the waiter showed the screw cap but the wine was surprisingly good.
