A pleasant fruity Pinot Noir. A bit on the light burgundy village side, Côte de Beaune style yet less mineral and more fruity. Deep garnet color, the nose is full of cherries, red berries, spices, black pepper, it had a light medium body with nice acidity lots of red berries and. pleasant fruity finish. My score 84, drink to 2018

My first Pinot.
Dark red-brown
Nose: this is day 1.5- I smelled nothing but alcohol yesterday. Smoked meat all over this puppy. Maybe with a cherry on top of the pile of smoked meat.
Palate: smoky, something appealingly spicy. Rifling through my spice drawer left me answerless. Not clove, maybe allspice. So smoky!
