InSTABILE claret, Priorat Rosé 2020, Vinsnus by Alfredo Arribas.
Natural, unfiltered rosé from Priorat. You got my attention. The nose is savoury, peachy, orangey, and a tiny bit sulfury, too. This is not your usual provence light rosé. The palate is acid driven, with a nice peachy, savoury note, along with a bit of an orange zest touch. There is some tannic grip in the rear, giving way to a good, moderately long finish which introduces a tiny bitter touch in the very end. This rosé wine feels almost orangey given its tannic grip, its natural presentation and its atypical savoury thread. I like it a lot ! Not for everyone though.
