Cherry, smoke, beef tallow.

Very weird at first, but tasty after it breathes.

Strange. Unique flavor. Tutu said too soapy. It is like tea and very very dry.

Dirty, musk, almost like salty sweat but strangely alluring with waves of different notes including savory ones then apple and white tea on the finish. This one made me think. I had to drink a couple of glasses to come to my opinion on it. Initially when I sipped it I thought, “what did I just taste? What did I just drink?” This one will stay with you. Hats off for the complexity.

Mind blowing, dirty, nasty, blue cheese seaweed umami funk with orange blossom and honeyed apricots. High acid. Perfection. Alive.

charred lemon, chamomile, toasted nuts, salt water, bitter greens. acidic but savory. pretty wild.

Actually pretty and pretty great. Not in a classified growth sort of way. But in an individual greatness sort of way. One of the most interesting and pleasurable wines I’ve had.

brown wine, this is lively like some spanish reds are lively but in a white wine presentation. Perfect for those who want it all. #vinewine 2016
