First sips are interesting, funky and astringent but you can taste that the wine will evolve and it does! As it evolves over the course of a dinner you will taste the Cabernet grapes modified by the Syrah. Evolved into a smooth interesting Cabernet Syrah with bold character and neither grape overwhelming. Delicious!
