Iole Rabasco is the producer and it's organic. 40 yr old vines at 1200 ASL. Native yeasts in cement tanks with malolactic fermentation naturally occurring in the bottle. Good acid, medium body, bramble and cassis. Silky texture on the attack and drying on the finish
