Estate Spring Mountain District Cabernet Sauvignon

Drinking incredibly well. The tannins are sweet, and balanced by a soft acidity. loads of dark blue fruits and vanilla on the palate mix with tobacco, coffee and chocolate.

Fresh. Slightly tannic. Good concentration. Lovely stewed fruit.

Tough to find. Buy it if you see it.

Very tired in the glass.

Superior Vintage. An incredibly expressive wine with a robust mouthfeel and long finish.

Fruity with a big oaky finish.

Great, little known Cab to have with Xmas Eve dinner.

Best vineyard visit in Napa. Beautiful mountaintop setting and great wine.
