The best of the “casa” for lonesome “working”business trip dinner. Officially, my favorite winery in Mexico, Encinillas. Must say, this Cab Blend is right up my alley! A punch of ripe black fruit on the palate, it is almost unbelievable! Chewy with round but persistent tannins. Dry, medium alcohol with a pure and lengthy chocolate-vanilla finish. If I hadn’t set foot on the vineyard, 50km from where I’m sitting, I would never accept this is grown, crafted and bottled in Northern Mexico. Cheers.
