This is ruby red to light purple in color, it is medium bodied with soft velvety tannins that linger on the cheeks and tongue after opening up. The nose has notes of new baseball glove leather maybe mizuno or even Louisville slugger, and red fruits like cherry and raspberry. Mouth feel is juicy with dryness on the back end. The deeper purple fruits come through like plumb and blackberry. There is just a light hint of white pepper. This wine is from 2015. This wine is fromTemecula valley. This wine is Vindemia estate petite Syrah 2015.

Started out light in flavor with mostly dusty tannins. Improved on the second day with more flavor but still lacks much of a finish.

Dark but not inky. Strong tannins that tamed with a 15 minute decant. Pairing well with semi hard cheese. @vindemia

Fruit forward with a nice toasty finish. Smooth tannins makes it very enjoyable drinking

Enjoyable Cab for everyday. No pairing needed! Tucked away in the hills of Temecula, Vindemia is worth the visit.
