Vincent Fritzche connects with his wines on such a seamless, classical level: this Pinot Blanc combines pear and jasmine, just enough acidity to make it sing like a jazz standard, and what wouldn't it go well with at the dinner table? Vincent's Pinot Noirs are so good, but his white wines make me stand back in admiration.
