Sitting down for dinner this evening with my mother I tried to figure out what wine to drink. I recalled one of the last meals I had with my father and pondering the same question. I pulled out an excellent 2002 volnay GC which was amazing. I remember the dinner like yesterday. He died a year later and I did not see him since that dinner. Anyone reading this is fortunate to drink good wine and hopefully know how great it is to share with family, loved one, and dear friends and know that life and family are such a blessing. When in doubt, always pull that nice bottle out. You'll never regret it.
