Always excellent. Seemed a little soft and shy when I first accessed via coravin over the weekend. Think the cork just needed to get out. After an hour it started to shine. Significant difference between this and the insanely overperforming AC, and with such a small price difference, I would say that, not this, is the true value in his line.
