Tried this again 6 days (!) after opening - the olive has rounded out into a bit of raisin or date. It is quite good.

It was challenging on opening. We saved most of it for the next day, when it became all about black olive... I'm not sure quite how I feel about it, but it's one of the most interesting bottles I've had. It would pair extremely well with the right food.
