100% Rufete from small parcels in the village of Miranda del Castañar, in the heart of the Sierra de Francia, to the south of Salamanca. Fermented in stainless steel and aged in used French oak barrels for 7 months. Fresh, juicy, ripe red fruits and some herbal notes. Mineral. Reminiscent of Beaujolais.
