Nice ensamble. What I liked best about this wine was the fact that it's not filtered nor clarified, so it is quite a raw valle de Guadalupe. Nice ruby red color (very opaque), nose was acetic but complex and pleasant, cherrys in liquor and mature plums, strawberry jam and earthy tones. On the mouth is very saline as it is usual on this region. Good persistence and great to chat with friends.
