Secano Interior Pais

Dusty dusty nose - aged hazelnuts.

Light bodied, with a touch of mushroom, tart berry, cran, pom, pom-cran, lemon grass acidity. This is a wild, ever changing wine, every time I taste it.
Last bottle, will have to go back to Chile, and get some more..
Pais.

Dense with time. More complex than any Pais I have encountered. Well worth preserving.
