Light to medium in body and crisp with high acidity.
Dry on the palate and tart with citrus, lemons, bitter herbs and white pepper.
Short tart finish with bitter almonds.
This Spanish Godello from Valdeorras is unbalanced and simple, but drinkable, nonetheless.
A good food wine, that would pair nicely with seafood.
Not my style, though.
I paired it with a charcuterie board of meats, fruits and cheeses.
