The deliciously balanced, complex 2010 Vina Sastre Pesus, kills with its seductive aromas; rich, pure fruit; and super refined, sweet tannins. It definitely needs several years of bottle age, but Paco Sifuentes couldn't resist opening a bottle on the occasion of the 2nd anniversary of Canela Bar & Bistro, the restaurant he owns with his partner, Chef Mat.
