Bright red, delicious balsamico nose, wel concentrated in the mouth with respect to its correct 13,5% of alcohol. Smoked cherry in the mouth which lingers on during several minutes,, light bodied, ideal compagnain of high quality beef dishes. I want more....

Mar 4th, 2017Surprising depth to this 2014 vintage Cab. Typically young wines don't open up much with aeration since they're not so far gone from oxygenation, but this one developed noticeably more body after a few seconds with the Aerolatte. $10? I'll take a few, thanks.
