70% Cab and 30% Petit Verdot blend. Good structure and mouth feel. Dark fruit and great color.

Cocoa, black currant, vanilla. Slightly angular and edgy with tweaky acid. Tannins have some grip and dark finish. Very, very good

This Csb/Petit Verdot blend was nuanced and balanced and just fantastic with a ribeye steak. In fact it was so delicious that I focused on the experience of drinking it instead of memorizing any tasting notes. But the other guests were really sad when the bottle was finished. #wishihadacaseofthisstuff

Woah. A Cab:Petit Verdot blend that paired brilliantly with a smoky ribeye steak. Sad only had one bottle. #itdelivers

Fully integrated on the second nite. Silky tannins, blackberry and blueberry but the finish is a little too vanillin, would prefer smoky blueberry finish. Interesting to see how a 7 year old cab verdot from paso is. Better than expected. 68% cab, rest petite verdot

Full bodied, light, with a unique plum like aftertaste

Loved it, soft acidity, dry, rich, with a cocoa/cedar undertones. One of the most complex Bordeaux-styles I've tried.

Nice inky medium to heavy mouth feel dark fruit wine with some licorice tones. Tennis were smooth and good finish.
