Paso Robles Estate Sauvignon Blanc

Classic grassy West Coast Sauv Blanc. Medium acidity with long finish that ends with a hint of citrus and white pepper.

Very atypical opener with an unpleasant, bitter taste. The finish settles into more familiar territory for this varietal.
I have yet to try other vintages from this producer, but I will not be revisiting the 2019.
