That’s Chili wine! It has a characteristic herb flavor. Enough concentration. Smooth. Cherry. Spicy. Good balanced among multiple grapes. 2012@1058, Xiaduo -, 201120-201121

Nose is slightly green (pepper maybe). It’s delicate though, with black pepper, dry dirt, red plum skin, and red current. There’s still a somewhat grippy tannic structure drying out the palate and acidity that creeps in around the outside of the mouth. The taste profile isn’t far off from the nose. Good stuff. This can use 2-5 more years.
