The nose shows pear, sour apple, some citrusy notes too but it feels a bit oxidized. The palate is still crisp and clean with a great acid backbone, some pear and apple notes all along, a great length and a good width, a gentle mouthfeel that leaves a tiny veil of a chalky feel and a long fruity and fresh finish. This is probably past its prime already but it makes for a great tasting experience. Would love to taste a more recent vintage.
