I am a big fan of wines from Chile. They don't really get a ton of publicity, but there's a lot of great value there! And this is definitely one to check out. It has a beautiful ruby red color. Cherry and chocolate on the nose and palette along with a great oaky flavor. If only there was someone walking around my dining table offering to slice pieces of lamb and beef on my plate.

Quite a dizzy CS aged 9 months in oak. Smooth and drinkable.

Limpid cherry red, crimson rim.
Aromas shows vegetable avant-garde (beetroot mainly), accompanied by pepper, black and red (mostly red) currant, pinch of vanilla.
Nicely textured medium-bodied palate with lively acidity and well-integrated tannins. Flavored by red currant, cornel, ashberry, some toasted oak and blackberry.
Quite lengthy finish of red berries and woody hint.
Match it with outdoor grill.
