Just opened, fruity, raisin flavor and concentration coming from Tempranillo. Acidic, but sweet and enough tanning. Good balanced and elegant. 1 hour later, much better. Rounded. Bright! Tempranillo rich with MLT, CS. @650, KPing - Nongtang, 190305-190306

Campfire-roasted marshmallows intermingled with freshly washed herbs, vanilla, and black licorice. Stronger tannins than anticipated, significant tartness that comes short of overpowering, and baking spice notes on the palate.

Takes a while to open up. Has hints of Bordeaux but only cost $12.00. Robert Parker was accurate with 90 pts. Would definitely get this again
