Another of my wedding wines. Organic grapes grown over a reclaimed open pit mining site, clean fruit and a touch of oak, a long dry finish.

Satisfying and rich, with almost piquant, slightly volatile acidity. Macerated blackberry, resinous herbs, roasted tomato, beef broth and granite. Finishes with well judged oak. The whole affair sits somewhere between the traditional and modern styles of Rioja. Mad decent bottle for ~$15. 🌿🍖🍅

Bright very nice Tempranillo for the price. More flavor as the wine opens up.

A little bit of time in oak. Light rounded edges. Stewed tomatoes. Almost reminded me of alphabet soup.
