My horrible amateur side never lets the wine sit long enough to breathe. I figured that out later, as I was near to finishing my glass, but I was so eager for a red! That I didn’t give it time to breathe. Oy vey! Lesson learned! But I’ve been missing my reds! Anyway! Here we go! 🔜 To start off it has a peppery and earthy aroma. (Oh reds! How I’ve missed you!) Oh so silky smooth on the palette so start. I always find that so welcoming and pleasurable in wines. Tannins and a medium-light body, but once you let it breathe (I did all too late). One can really taste the dark plums! I do wish it was robust! I love a good robust and full bodied red. Unfortunately, it was not paired with anything tonight as I really just ordered it because I’ve been craving a red for sometime. I definitely think I’ll try it again, but it shall be paired! I’ll update my review then! I’m still a firm believer that wine is best had with a meal. Enjoy ✨

Paul Hobbs so you know it is quality - wine has a beautiful nose with intense tannins. Love it and would buy more of it!
