"Kremlin supplier", back label said. "Let's check", I thought.
Design is attractive, as well as dark cherry colour of the product. Natural cork. First impression of excessive spirit completely removed after 15 mins of aeration. After that, nose become rich with tart thorns, black currant leaf and hints of strawberry. Supple palate seems weak in comparison with bouquet. Finish is nicely long, creamy, enveloping tannins, cherry and red currant notes.
Verdict: below expectations. But! I would definitely taste other wines by Villa Victoria!
