Very crisp GV out of the Pannonian region in Hungary, near Lake Balaton. Lots of lemon zest and volcanic minerals - super dry, cutting acidity. Medium body at 12.5% abv, some stone fruit on the nose. With kimchi perogies and Brussels sprouts.
