Classic method sparkling rosé, 2011 vintage, degorged in 2013, made with Sangiovese grapes, 12%. Bottle tasted in October 2014.
This bottle was better than the one I tasted in May, the same vintage but somehow a different bottle tasted so much better!

Nov 10th, 2014Classic method sparkling rosé, degorged in 2013, made with Sangiovese grapes, 12%. I was probably expecting too much from this product, so I was disappointed: simple nose, very pale yellowish color, no body and no persistence.... what a shame: a lot of work for a basic result. 72/100
