Valpolicella Corvina Blend

Simple but a nice weekday pizza wine. Tart red cherries, medium-light bodied, just a hint of clay earth to give it some depth.

Notes of rainier cherry, great balance with tartness that was not too much. Lighter bodied and mellow. Comparing with the Ripasso and Amarone from the same winery.
