This is the lowest I’ve ever rated a wine on here. Make of that what you will. Read a good review of this in the Philadelphia Inquirer, was skeptical, but decided to give it a go. Tastes like they added a drop of menthol to wine that was created in a lab.

When initially opened, we didn't prefer this particular wine (2013). However a few days later, it was much better. It's full-bodied but bitter.

Dark fruit smell with heat from alcohol. Cherry, plum flavors ... full-bodied taste. A little sour notes with a bit of tannins. Had with grilled lamb and went very well. Excellent value at $10.
