A good option for White Burgundy in the affordable section. I was nearly certain this saw some time in neutral barrels, but apparently not the case. I think it's just naturally rich with viscosity - a subtle rounded creaminess to the Saint Vearn's steeliness. And I personally like it more and for a few bucks cheaper.
Yellow apple, pineapple, spiced chamomile. A soft texture. Dollop of cream, zing of lemon.
